Biographies
steveStevie G. Stevie G. is the primary song writer and lyricist for the band.  His primary instrument is the bass, although he dabbles in guitar.  Stevie is a member of NARAS and has been on three albums that have been up for grammy nominations. Stevie G. is the bassist for the heavy metal band "Strych-Nine" which has basically retired.  He also currently plays the bass for the blues band "Holes In The Road".
Just in case he doesn't have enough to do, Stevie G. is the principle owner of the record label, "Raye Records".  In addition, since the three bands he performs in are all "do it yourself", he contributes to engineering, mixing , master, album art, and is the web master of these sites.
Stevie also is a member of the Morning Riders and Carole Klass's group.

JeffJeff

Jeff started as a drummer at 14. He gigged in various places in upstate NY. By the time he was 16, Jeff was giging extensively in New York City and joined a recording group, Barry and the Tidal Waves. He played all different genres, making him a versitile drummer. He met Mark Bells (later Mark Ramone, drummer for The Ramones), which expanded his horizon's.
In 1980, Jeff took up the guitar and learned to play, tutored by his mentor, Rocky and joined the band Blue Rose.
In 2012, Jeff and Rocky started the band Morning Riders. After Rocky passed suddenly in 2019, Jeff moved to Florida. Here he met Stevie G., leader of the Dlinkwents. Jeff replaced Michel, (who passed in 2020) as guitarist and vocalist.
Jeff also is a member of the Morning Riders and Carole Klass's group.

Russ

Russ joined Dlinkwents in 2019.   Russ represents the difference between playing at the drums and playing the drums.
Russ played with Strych-Nine for 18 years. In addition to the Dlinkwents, he has some other projects. He plays with a cover band, Anthem. He is also in an Alice In Chains tribute band. He has his own original project going, also. Russ is also a "hired gun" for the cover band Mother Nature. He played on a couple of songs for Holes In The Road before Michel passed away.
Russ likes to push the band by playing faster and using more complex drum parts.  This is The Dlinkwents.  Russ lives to play  like the rest of the band, but he doesn't drink, kind of.  Russ's hobbies include shooting hoops and playing Metallica covers on an acoustic guitar.  Nobody really knows what type of music he likes, not even him.  Who knows, he could be jamming away to Fat Joe while playing the tunes for the band.

Russ also plays with the Morning Riders and Carole Klass's group.

Howard Howard joined the Dlinkwents in 2020.  He is mostly into the blues, although his style lends itself to the eclectic music of this band.  His past experience was just solo work for himself.  He has grown with the band, recording and playing live.  His solo work stands out as does his lead guitar.  He also adds a dimension to the rhythm, with Jeff.  He is also a member of The Morning Riders and Carole Klass.
Carole Carole joined the Dlinkwents in 2022 as lead vocalist and keyboard player.  In her first performance she sang "Past Tense" off the Get Over It album.
Carole is a versatile singer, keyboard player, song writer actress and dancer.  She started in children's music on Broadway and continued in Pittsburg as a young woman.  Carole makes music come alive and visa versa.  She loves making people happy with the songs she sings.  She adds soul to the music and sings from the heart.
Carole is also a member of the Morning Riders and is currently working on her own cd project, I Dream In Color, which will be on the Raye Records website in the future.
